KellCo Custom Homes Inc is the absolute worst. I live nextdoor to one of their 1 million dollar "new" builds and it has been a nightmare. I say "new" because they broke ground in early 2022 and the house is still not finished. They poured the foundation and framed the home in 2022. Then work stopped. Months went by before they returned to do more work. A few days about once every 3 months work is done on the house.
