Thanks to Pierre and the whole Kelco team. True professionals. They did some courtesy work on a demolition derby car dedicated to someone who recently passed, and it was done with care and integrity. If you're looking for someone to trust your vehicle to, Kelco is the place. No question.
If you are looking for a reliable, easy to work with, mechanics shop with the best technicians/customer service and good prices, then this is the place to go! I recently bought a new truck and from the start they have done my safety, oil changes, belt changes and all of the work has been flawless. Today my starter motor went and between the time I dropped the truck off to the time I got a call saying it was ready for pick up was in the same day, incredibly fast and once again outstanding service, keep it up Kellco!
Took our 2020 Acura there after it lost power on the Queensway. They did a diagnostic and google search and told us the part may have been an active recall and to take to the dealer. No charge. I grew up in Stittsville and moved back and friends have continued to use this shop because of their honesty. The example above is why we bring all our vehicle here. Good honest, personable service. Well done.
I had my car towed there yesterday and they were able to squeeze me in and were simply amazing! Thank you!
