I never received the report on my testing. It has been over 8 months at this point and have only received excuses on why it has not been completed by this point. I have not been able to receive a referral without this report.
I am extremely disappointed with the turnaround time for services rendered. It has been several months since I completed my testing, and I still have not received my final report. Every time I call to check on the status, I’m given the runaround with no clear answers or timeline. The lack of communication and follow-through is incredibly frustrating and, in my opinion, unprofessional. At this point, I am considering contacting my insurance company to determine the next steps.
