Everyone was polite. Everyone was on time. No big complaints, and Mr Kellan seems to know a great deal about windows. We couldn't afford new ones so we chose to have our old windows refurbished, changed one pane of glass due to fogging, (did not install triple E but charged us for it. Don't know if they thought we wouldn't notice or it was an honest mistake, either way they replaced it again at no charge when hubby figured it out). They did what they said they would do. UPDATE: Finally got a call back and the work was completed very professionally and great quality. Will not return calls or messages. Their voice mail says they are very busy but to not return a call is not good. A few years back they did nice work for us.

Jarrett Kellan and his team are a rare commodity in today's work-place! They just completed a job at my home and I am compelled to share my experience. I don't believe I can ever recall dealing with anyone like Jarrett. His ethics and integrity are the best - bar none! He went above and beyond to help me out - like no other company ever! I called about a leaking window in my basement and they walked me through the steps to repair it myself rather then to have them come out for a minor task that would have costed me several hundred dollars. This is amazing customer assistance to allow me to take care of it without me even asking for a DIY option. I was fully willing to pay to get it sealed and fixed. I know who I am calling for any future window related repairs no questions asked you won my business for life! Thank you so very much!!
