Extremely difficult to get a hold of and very dismissive of issues with the house. Lived in their 46 Chestnut house where plumbing and lights were always an issue, but they always delayed sending us help. House was pretty dingy when I signed up, but I still got charged for things that were already broken by the time I moved in. Charged me and my housemates almost 300 for cleaning services even after we had already cleaned and left the premises; they never told us about that in the lease. Avoid these guys if you can.
