He's very friendly and takes time with his patients. Alot of Drs dont do this. I would reccomend him especially for older people.

I was to be a new patient of this office today 10/23. I was recommended to this office by a current patient I am a nurse new to NC and don’t have an OBGYN. I will decline to become a patient due to poor communication First impressions are everything I am attempting to cancel my appointment with 2 hours notice (before office opens)due to my illness especially because I am the first patient of the day and during this time of CoVid I am not that selfish as to attend an appointment and risk exposure to colleagues, The office off... read more

First time in their practice I was there for 2.5 hours to establish care and get a pap smear. The doctor spent a total of 10 minutes in the room with me when I was allotted a 30 minute slot. He seemed to preoccupied with other things other than delivering care to myself who had booked for the appointment slot. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes, I raised 15 minutes early, then the rest of the time was waiting in the exam room.

I've been going here for years and would hate to go anywhere else! You do have to wait a little while, but the one on one care is 100% worth it!

A good practice I have been a patient of Ms. Victoria for a couple of years and have found her to be energetic and thorough in her examinations and investigations of any of my health issues.I would advise anyone with an appointment to set it for the earliest time possible as the office tends to get backed up very early in the day and you may have to wait over an hour to be seen.I am thankful that they routinely renew my prescriptions over the phone and allow me to go to the pharmacy with little delay.

I love this doctor! I have found them to be amazing! I go to Victoria there and she really listens to you and tries everything to get to the bottom of your problems and concerns. There are a couple nurses and front desk people who come off a little rude, but it's about the doctor not the other people. Victoria also has a strong personality, very outgoing and neurotic like :) but she's amazing. Some places aren't for everyone you just have to find the right doctor for you.

RUDE RUDE RUDE the help is rude and very poor , they think they are better than their paitents , they should be reported to the better bus , and should be a a diferent job, then think they are superiorior ,,, and should all be fired i have been going to Dr Kell for 6 years and never been treatd liek i have in the pase 6 months,, they are horrable,,,
