We had a good experience with Bob. He was very professional and courteous and treated me and my family with respect. The atmosphere at Keleman is low pressure. I would reach out to Bob again if I was in the market for a good pre owned vehicle.
I inquired about this car, they called back and were polite and helpful, determined that I needed a bigger down payment to get financing over the phone. I did not buy a car or work with them that extensively, but unethical places typically pressure you to "come down and we will get you financing" with a 30% interest rate, haha... this dealer was polite and realistic and NOT high pressure at all, I appreciate that.
They returned my phone call promptly , i missed it but they left a very friendly voice mail, once i called back again i was informed with lots of info and felt knowledgeable of the dealer ship, that i sent my appointment to come in. It was a easy hassle free process, thank you!
Awesome sales manager made the purchase go smoothly. i was highly satisfied with the entire purchase from the beginning to looking at the car, negotiating a price, moving on to financing and paper work. it was great and easy process and for sure will recommend to my family and friends.
My husband and myself visited Kelemen auto sales to look at an 2005 Toyota Tundra. We noticed they were not trying to push us into anything. We felt good to be on there lot. Overall i was satisfied with the experience and i would let people know about them in the future.
