I have not yet reached the conclusion of the problem, so the review may get revised. My father has been trying to get a problem with his RV dealt, and after 3 of 4 appointments were screwed up in some fashion, and his problem still exists, my review is avoid kelders for service.. We will see if their 5th attempt is any better...Maybe they will go to 2 stars.
