Servie could be better I feel that the service could be better as it takes awhile to get help. I do enjoy thier breakfast. I like the old Tehachapi theme the restraunt is decorated with. Cut restraunt, could be better service
great pies I love the pie here, they make everything fresh and yummy! The service is great. There is a meeting room in the back where one can schedule for your organization. I recommend this restaurant take a look.
Kelcy's An original here in town. A piece of history. Ok food. A great place to come get a part of the road. Locals hang out there. Great place to pick up a conversation or two.
