I have 2 minisplits in my home. They both quit cooling on a Friday. I called Kelch's at 5pm and left a message. A young lady returned my call promptly and told me they could have a tech out that same evening. Mind you, I live out in the woods with a 2-1/2 mile drive on a very rough private road. We had Kelch’s come to look at our ac and duct work as we were getting hot hair but not cold. We got our ducts replaced and were told to call if we still had issues. We did, we still didn’t have cold air. I called and left a message explaining this and how I noticed that the guys never even looked at the unit outside and asked if we’d have to pay another service fee for that. Awesome and amazing people to deal with. They went above and beyond to get our AC system replaced during the heatwave this past summer. They stayed as late as it took to get the job done so Dad didn't have to deal with another day in the heat. A phenomenal group of people from Chris down. I can't say enough good about them.
