We have been customers of Kelbel Pharmacy for 30+ years! They are wonderful ambassadors for Harbor Springs! We have experienced such personalized service. The entire staff goes above and beyond to help with our needs as they have changed over the years! Remaining in our own home,for as long as possible,is extremely important to us. Having these people on our team really helps us to do that! I hope they know how much they are appreciated by so many!
Super friendly and helpful staff. I wish that someday big pharmacy stores would train and treat their staff and customers like this place does.
Kelbel is the pharmacy that everyone wishes they had. After the first few visits, the staff knows you. They listen. They are competent. They answer questions. And, rarity of rarities these days, are actually patient and kind. No drive-through, but easy parking (even in the summer when the town is full of tourists). Circle the block, and you'll find a spot. Love 'em. I no longer resent having to go pick up meds. I enjoy their quirky gift inventory, and appreciate the well-chosen OTC essentials.
Only place in small town that had certain things. Nice staff and considerate of tourists.
