Good luck getting them to respond when the appliance you paid them to fix, doesn’t work! I sent multiple emails and texts and never received a response. And if you try to call, you will never be able to speak to a person or get a call back. Save yourself money and the headache and call someone else!
Booked an appointment over the phone on December 5th for a technician to diagnose my Dryer on the 11th. Get a email confirmation saying were all good to go. Get a call on the 11th saying that a technician will be calling me and can diagnose my issue over the phone from 2-4. Leave work early, never get a phone call.. Well, paid 300$ for them to fix the cold water inlet valve... A month later it's broke again. Also had to wait 2 weeks for them to come out (which I understand) but then another 2 weeks for the part. Now this time around, they didn't show up Monday as scheduled and now again today (Wednesday) ... Their tracker also said it was in progress and needed a follow up. However, no one has reached out to me aside from an automated text at 11:36 saying they are on their way (mind you there time frame was 12-3) either way I was home..... read more
