They can’t get your prescription medication to you on time via express post.
Great service and friendly staff
Posted a package through these guys via StarTrack to Darwin using the Premium air freight service for something under 5kg, which cost $60. A whole week later the package hasn’t even arrived & StarTrack can’t tell me when it will. Never using these guys again for postage of something. Absolutely abysmal service, & I’ll be demanding a partial refund. Standard Australia Post would’ve been quicker & more reliable.
