The most disrespectful person I've had the displeasure of dealing with. In the middle of telling Sid the situation, he interrupts me screaming through the phone asking me to tell him a name. Unbelievably unprofessional to scream at someone. If you want to be talked down to, he's your guy!
Very knowledgeable, very quick , very cool calm and collected . Helping me currently with a claim Against Auto World of Conway . Sid is extremely easy to Communicate with and very matter of fact . 5 star
In 2022 my father purchased a lemon. After going back and forth with the dealer and manufacturer he reached out to Sid, who was able to get his vehicle bought back by the manufacturer. In December of 2023 I purchased a new vehicle and began to experience numerous issues. This lead to it needing an engine rebuild with only seven thousand miles on it in April of 2024.
