Absolutely took way too long, can't believe the way Phil talked to me as a customer. Absolutely disgusting
I called the Public Works Department in Aug 2023 to remove a dead tree in the easement in front of my house. After 3 calls, its still not removed and have recieved no feedback as to why. Terrible customer service to tax paying citizens. What happens when we are late paying taxes? They should be penalized just as we are for not fufilling their obligations.
