No coffee refills, food not cooked, dirty silverware, upcharge for toast that was included, poor service and not really busy, lip stick on on of our coffee cups then the waiter gave this coffee to another customer. I will never return here.
Solid fives down the line. The eggs Benedict is textbook. The French toast is light and fluffy while still having substance to it - a hard line for some places to toe. Zero complaints. Excellent service, great atmosphere - if you're in the area, it's worth a stop.
Stopped in just a few minutes ago… was told there was a 10 min wait despite the waiting area being overcrowded with hungry patrons. I watched as people got up from tables having completed their meals and the tables being cleaned to no one being seated at them. With a full lobby, we waited and we waited and we waited. Absolutely no movement. Poor management and training for managing the waiting patrons especially when a prime meal time.
Darneka was fabulous ! Even encouraged me to eat grilled chicken over fried and it was fantastic. Thanks girl!
