Love them! I am a regular customer and have never had a bad experience. Plus this is the only shop I trust with my daughter’s hair. Can’t say enough good things about them. ❤️
Too long in chair for desired hair style.Multiple consistent interruptions that distracted braider from task at hand (finishing my hair promptly). Staff Kids/Grandkids whining and screaming and crying throughout. Loud tablets with no headphones. Would return as an absolute last resort if my main braider or any other local braiders weren’t available and I needed my hair done for an occasion. 🤷♀️ Literally feel like I just worked a whole job shift. Made an appt and showed up and was asked to wait an hour! Why book appointments then?! I left and won’t be back.
Very friendly and professional staff. Best work i have found! Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning! Daughter also got her hair braided for the first time and said it was painless! Thank you!!!
