I got a stitch braid ponytail done elsewhere, and I left crying and in panic because it was terrible. I searched places around me to get it redone and called Kekem. They got me in instantly to redo someone else’s sloppy work!! They saw me upset and stressed (because my birthday was the next day), and fixed it perfectly!! I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately I left very disappointed with my hair. Before my appointment, I specifically purchased two different hair colors: black for the majority of my hair and a separate color to match my skunk patch. For the boho hair, I had to buy a three-color pack because the beauty supply store didn’t have the single color I needed. I forgot to do a review but I got my hair braided here for the first time a week or two ago. I had a very good experience. The ladies who did my hair were gentle….because I’m tender headed and I like my edges….I give them 5 stars for EVERYTHING!….Professionalism, attentiveness, peaceful atmosphere etc.! Thank you
