I went in for a 10:30 appointment to get my son's hair braided. We were told that they had only a few braids left on a current client and then they'd attend to us. We had been waiting over an hour when we were told that the extensions they intended to use for my son's style had run out. I went to a nearby beauty supply to purchase the hair needed. I got a stitch braid ponytail done elsewhere, and I left crying and in panic because it was terrible. I searched places around me to get it redone and called Kekem. They got me in instantly to redo someone else’s sloppy work!! They saw me upset and stressed (because my birthday was the next day), and fixed it perfectly!! I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately I left very disappointed with my hair. Before my appointment, I specifically purchased two different hair colors: black for the majority of my hair and a separate color to match my skunk patch. For the boho hair, I had to buy a three-color pack because the beauty supply store didn’t have the single color I needed.
