Sergio was very responsive when I inquired about water heater replacement. He came quickly, assessed the work, and gave me a very competitive quote. His crew came out a couple days later on time and performed the work. They were professional and friendly and even did more than expected. Before the old unit was out, it looked like I needed a new drain line, but they hooked up a previously unused drain line and reduced the price accordingly. I highly recommend Sergio and team.

Avoid this plumber. He came out to assess, said I needed an additional thing to be done that was not part of the original job request. He didn’t explain why this needed to be done despite my several attempts to clarify. I truly wanted to understand why he needed to cut pipes, but he was dismissive and only gave me breadcrumbs of confusing info.
