I've been here three times so far and have been treated well all three times. The first was a pre-sales visit and one of the managers spent the better part of an hour with me answering a bunch of detailed questions. He did so politely and patiently. I went back a few weeks later to purchase the Stihl equipment we had discussed. I had a bad experience at this business. Wanted to buy a used mower. They would not back up their claim that it worked and cut grass perfectly by allowing me to return it even in the same day if I was not satisfied. It was strictly a cash deal not returns. I was debating this, politely, and the owner got very rude and short with me. I didn't buy, but after going outside and talking to the mechanic, I decided to go ahead and take a chance.
