I first reached out in October 2024. Someone came out, but then referred me to Action Plumbing. I contacted Action, and they told me to call back in the spring. When I followed up in spring 2025, Action informed me it would be months before they could do anything. So, I called Keith’s back. They sent out Brett from “Goldtop Heating,” who was very friendly and took measurements. He said he’d send a quote — that was on May 6th. It’s now June 17th, and I haven’t heard a single thing since.
