Keith put an inexperienced driver on a large piece of equipment to mow my lawn. That person lost control of the mower and ran it into one of my garage doors causing it to need replacement. I have 3 doors that are "coach" style. Finding a matching door was impossible so we had to replace all three. Keith's insurance company would only agree to replacing the one door. Our doors were in perfect condition prior to this incident. We were forced to replace the other two to the tune of $12,000. Now our own insurance has skyrocketed... read more
Keith’s L&L have done our lawn care, sprinkler blowout, and snow removal for over a decade and they are the best. Reasonable costs too. Highly recommended!
New Tennant and couldn't get a response from any lawn company, these guys got back fast and booked pretty quick. Lawn was wet from rain, however they charged me double what was quoted, did a terrible job edging, and left dug out mud tracks from there ride mowers through my side yard that are still there 2 weeks later...
After speaking to them i was told someone would come by to look over the property. I was never contacted after that. Poor customer relations. They must have so much work they can afford to not checkout new paid in full up front yearly contracts. My neighbor wanted their services also. Oh well. JMHO
