The plumbers do good work and are good people, but the lady they have answering the phone is horribly unresponsive and you cannot get ahold of these people.
Our toilet was leaking at the base and I had tried to reset it myself. But the base of the toilet ended up cracking and leaking again. Josiah from Keith’s House of Plumbing was able to fit us in the same day that I called. He installed a new toilet, wax ring seal, and caulked around the base of the toilet. He even cleaned the bathroom floor where the water had been leaking. He also even put the toddler soiled seat that we had on the old toilet onto the new one. Keith's House of Plumbing is a fantastic company! We had a clogged and collapsed sewer line. We called Keith's house of plumbing and a live person answered! They set up an estimate appointment for the following Saturday. Micah called Saturday morning punctually and let us know he would be there and he was on time. He crawled under the house, came back out and verified that we had a collapsed sewer line and promptly sent us an estimate through a text message web link that we were able to view and approve electronically.
