Extremely impressed!!! I was at my wits end after having a different company (and they are great by the way) pump my septic tank for the second time in just a year. I knew something had to be "off" as neighbors only pump their septic tank once every 7 - 10 years!!! I called Keith's House of Plumbing, and spoke with Grace. The plumbers do good work and are good people, but the lady they have answering the phone is horribly unresponsive and you cannot get ahold of these people.
Our toilet was leaking at the base and I had tried to reset it myself. But the base of the toilet ended up cracking and leaking again. Josiah from Keith’s House of Plumbing was able to fit us in the same day that I called. He installed a new toilet, wax ring seal, and caulked around the base of the toilet. He even cleaned the bathroom floor where the water had been leaking. He also even put the toddler soiled seat that we had on the old toilet onto the new one.
