My wife and I have been wanting to install a generac back up generator for some time. We contacted Keith and he got it done for us. He and Travis had to make several trips to our home in Isle of Palms to spec out the location and install since our lot is small. They had to endure all kinds of rules and regulations from our HOA, Dominion Energy, and the city inspectors but persisted when others might have just thrown in the towel. I was desperate for a vapor barrier install, I own a home built in 1958. Could not find a honest company in the Beaufort area, I called Travis at Keith’s and he said they could service Beaufort even though it was an hour away from them in Holly Hill. I paid a deposit on a very fair quote, his guys came 4 days later and completed the install within 3 hours. It was a 14mm vapor barrier. My crawl space looks a lot better now, and is more protected. I’m a contractor in the small town of Holly Hill. I went to do an estimate for a customer this morning, and I was blown away by the encapsulation underneath.
