Brilliant customer service. Very knowledgeable about carpeting, free measuring service, carpet came and was fitted very quickly. Great carpet for very reasonable price. Will return for more carpets.

Really happy with my stairs carpet. First time order from Keith’s , will order again if needed. Nice polite fitter. The lady that answers is helpful as had to change the date of fitting and was no problem at late notice. Definitely recommend.

You would think it being a small independent business that they would want to keep their customers happy, no this hasn't been proven true with my experience. My mum and dad have always had keiths carpets so when I brought my own house I had them to do my first carpet. What chaos it turned out to be! They didn't turn up on time it was about 2 hours later! I rang them to get quite a snooty response from the women when I was only trying to find out how long they'd be. They came but hadn't got one of the metal rods I ordered the... read more
