We had our vehicle brought in after a wreck and it took nearly two months to get it back. When we finally did, we discovered the hood had never been repaired even though insurance had paid for that part of the work. We had to call back and return the vehicle for them to finish the job. Keith himself did eventually make things right, and we appreciate that effort. However, the unprofessional behavior of one employee, Morgan, was unacceptable. Fast and friendly service getting an estimate for car repairs from an accident. We will definitely be taking the car there for repairs.
Waited to late to get the right windshield, the f350 has a decal and I was told they couldn't find it,but I found one online, so they didn't replace it as they should have and didn't offer to make it right, I have used this business before but they now have new person running it,I will never go back and would not recommend this business
