Owner of 89 ford bronco y’all had it for a year n half my mother went to pick it up it broke down not even mile the serpentine belt itdisintegrated, and the hood started smoking, the AC pulley locked up and they kept it for another 6 weeks cs my mother didn’t wanna put more money in it till it comes home just to find out several gaskets were missing and now it’s leaking gas I highly recommend don’t use this auto shop they said “everything checked out except maybe water in the gas tank”
Installed struts, and paid for alignment but they did a terrible job or didn't do the alignment at all. I totally destroyed a new set of tires by the time I noticed a week after their work. There are some shoddy mechanics here in Russellville, but these guys stand out and cost me time and money. I do not recommend these hacks.
My traverse was there to have A transmission replaced. It took them two months to get our warranty to cover it. Now we’re having problems with it again they kept it another three weeks and said they couldn’t find anything. I will never use Keiths Automotive again and I would never suggest or give them quality mechanic duty. They don’t answer their phone. They won’t return calls every time you try calling them. they have some damn excuse.. if I could leave a no star I would but the only options they have is one through five. ... read more
I can't be more happy to have used this company to fix my vehicle. I was able to get the car done within my timeline, was in constant communication with them about issues and questions, from start to finish it was a pleasurable experience. Thank you Keith's automotive for not only being quick, but informative and more than what was expected. Will use again most definitely.
It has been since FEBRUARY that they have had my bronco, and still have not fixed it. Or found out what’s wrong with it!! I call all the time and I get nothing! If I could leave a 0 I would. When they do answer it’s the run around. Having it picked up Monday. They are NO GOOD
