If you've got all day, pack a picnic and head on down... I had a 10 am appointment to have a belt replaced. I was on time but they didn't even bring my car into the shop until 11. The waiting room is bare--no tv, no magazines, no snacks, no drinks... Mrs. Keith did drive me down to a nearby restaurant and leave me there for 2 hours while the work was done on my car. I believe that they are honest and did a good job.
