Awful experience trying to get an appointment to speak with a lawyer about my needs/questions/concerns. Receptionist is a morbidly obese racist who kept hanging up on me when I asked what availability the office had so I went to the office and the racist lawyer shook his finger at me when I was getting overwhelmed due to not having more information to give them.
