Wonderful experience with Dr. Xavier in the Bedford office. Sadly, front desk and scheduling were the worst in ability on scheduling and attitude on front desk. Dr. Xavier is kind, professional and a great communicator. I suffer with a number of reoccuring Interstitial Cystitis flares, kidney stones, and UTI's. Saw my other Urologist since 2010 and was never given the treatment plans for any of these that Dr. Xavier recommended. Recommend Dr. Xavier highly, but getting in the office is a nightmare.
i do not recommend this docter. i went in with extreme pain non stop and i tried to explain to him about it he said he would schedule scope test. in 2 weeks tgats 2 more weeks of pure hell enduring non stop extreeme pain the docterr was only in room maybe 2 or 3 minute's. then i never saw him again. he sent prescription of azo 200 mil which i told him i already have that and it dont work i waited 3 1/2 hours to talk to him. then office lady said he left. i ask for manager she said ill call u. meanwhile im in extreme pain. my... read more
He is a super doc and highly skilled surgeon. I'm finally healed after 1.5 years of suffering. He resolved my 'severe' urinary incontinence issue without needing a AUS medical device. I went through 8 urologists, before seeing Dr. Xavier, including a local renowned surgeon, and none of them mentioned/offered me the ProACT device, the ultimate resolution. I can't thank him enough!!! My heart is bursting with gratitude!
