I cannot in good conscience recommend Keith Williams to anyone seeking real, accountable mental health care. His approach is not only ineffective—it’s actively harmful. Rather than helping clients confront serious issues like addiction, he enables denial and avoidance. He presents himself as a therapist, but his methods are anything but therapeutic.
