I've been going to Dr. Williams for many years. I've come so far from where I started. I've seen other therapists, counselors etc. to help with childhood trauma. He is the only one that has helped me walk through and deal with my struggles. He's patient, kind and will teach you how to comfort within yourself to not have to rely on others in the trials and tribulations of life. I have recommend him and will continue to!

Keith has been a really good fit for me. He’s the first therapist I’ve ever felt truly safe being fully honest with, and that level of comfort has let me look at things in myself that I used to feel too ashamed to reveal entirely. I cannot in good conscience recommend Keith Williams to anyone seeking real, accountable mental health care. His approach is not only ineffective—it’s actively harmful. Rather than helping clients confront serious issues like addiction, he enables denial and avoidance. He presents himself as a therapist, but his methods are anything but therapeutic.
