I saw Dr. Tracy in years past and found him wonderfully communicative, caring and throughly professional in all regards.
I would not recommend south shore urology. My husband recently had a catheta put in there. He presented symptoms of a UTI. When I called I was told that there was no one that could see him that day. We ended up at the hospital on an emergency and his blood pressure was extremely low. He ended up with another catheta and was told to go back to see SSU in 3 days. I have called them and they do not call back. No one answers that phone and, now it is 5 days! I will try for a different Urology clinic. What a terrible way to run a... read more
Very knowledgeable doctor with great bed side manner. Takes time to go over any findings. Communicates through my health which is very convenient.
Excellent! Dr.tracy went over and above in treating my problem and was sensitive to my concerns. He was also very timely in getting results of my test to me , often times in the evening after what was probably a long day. I am happy to have him on my team.
Office staff were curt and rude. Two of the secretaries had a passive aggressive fight right in front of me. Dr. Tracy, himself, was very dismissive of my pain and basically said he couldn't help me after examining me for 3 mins
