I found Dr. Downing very professional and caring always called me back when I had a question . He did a bladder lifted and explained in detail what was going to be happening he knew i was very nervous and he reassured me everything would be OK . I would recommend him to others. Only down side the wait can be long in the office, but he takes time to listen to you..
