My wife and I have been with Springer Financial for about 18 months now and have found Keith and his entire staff to be nothing short of completely professional, courteous and helpful. My friend was overcharged in fees to the tune of 1/3rd of her total account value for "mananging" her money in investments she did not approve of. She was so upset about this, she cashed out of the investments and created a 100% cash balance with Springer Financial after being told there would be no management fees for a cash account. After all, what the hell would they be managing?
