We built our house in 2020 and Keith Sheriff did all of the final grading, preparation for the driveway, cart path, sod and landscaping around the house. Keith guided us in how to take a completely rough lot with an 80 foot drop from the street down to the water and transform it such that we have excellent drainage, a beautifully landscaped lot and easy access to the water via the cart path. From our first meeting and through the project, Keith listened to our desires and has made many suggestions to improve the property appearance while maintaining the natural setting. He was very professional and did an excellent job with the design and installation of all the required drainage and covenant items. Keith has completed three different landscaping jobs for us, Beautiful! everyone exceeded our expectations. Note! if you are in a hurry, go elsewhere, the weather is a big problem in this area, and safety comes first. If you are not in a hurry, you will be completely satisfied, he does a awesome job.
