I Live in Colorado and I have a Hönes cuckoo clock that was broken when a child pulled down on the weight. After searching for a clock mechanic locally (only to find servicemen who weren’t confident, but were willing to charge $650 to “check it out”), I emailed the manufacturer of the clock. They recommended Keith. I called and he offered a small do-it-yourself adjustment before I shipped it to him for repairs (which FYI were way less than the local quote). The best clock repair man!
I have had a very expensive German cuckoo clock at his place. He told me it would take a week then it turned into 3 weeks and it was 3 months. Then when I picked it up it was supposedly fixed and it wasn't fixed. I was scolded for contacting him over something like what's happening with my cuckoo clock. He said don't text me. Don't answer me that many times because I have so many people answering me this time and I have so much business to do. This man has a bad attitude and I do not recommend him.
