Con Artists ! Got a 40k bid for wall - my self and builder told them several times house foundation was on peers and lot had fill - delivered material - started digging and said wall needed peered - Dah ! Told them no and charged me 7k for 1 day of work and delivery ! Reached out to them by phone and e mail - no response - Beware of the con artists !!!
