I’m a relatively new patient of Dr. Kelly. He has a very calming personality and it puts you at ease. In both appointments, he explained everything very clearly and during the procedure, explained what he was doing and also showed you. His nurse, who also works at the front, is super sweet and explained my insurance to me and billing process since not many providers take my insurance sometimes. Sorry, I didn’t catch her name. My first issue is with the booking site that is aligned with Dr.Kelly’s office when you google his practice, i booked my appointment through zocdoc just to find out that they don’t use that booking site and that my appointment was never accepted but was seen by the medical administrative assistant. My second issue is with the medical administrative assistant, I’ve been calling since 10am it is now 10:48am and I’ve still haven’t been able to book another appointment. It takes 3/4 calls to actually get her to pick the phone up... read more
