Sitting at Fort Washington hospital after being told Dr Kelly was here by his office and that they will let him know I’m on the way for an emergency for me to sit 4hrs and not be seen by him, but told by the hospital to schedule with him as I need to see a specialist. I’ve been with Dr.Kelly since I was 19, I’m 33. He has only had a handful of competent front desk personnel….alot of the time it’s not him but them. Because why would you send me here!?
I had a problem with a bill which it was not the Doctor's office fault. Doctor Kelly was not aware that i had a bill issue. He called me and set up a meeting for me to see him about the bill. I went to his office and talked about the bill and told me he was going to take care of it. Thank you Doctor Kelly for calling me and taking care of this issue.

I’m a relatively new patient of Dr. Kelly. He has a very calming personality and it puts you at ease. In both appointments, he explained everything very clearly and during the procedure, explained what he was doing and also showed you. His nurse, who also works at the front, is super sweet and explained my insurance to me and billing process since not many providers take my insurance sometimes. Sorry, I didn’t catch her name. My first issue is with the booking site that is aligned with Dr.Kelly’s office when you google his practice, i booked my appointment through zocdoc just to find out that they don’t use that booking site and that my appointment was never accepted but was seen by the medical administrative assistant. My second issue is with the medical administrative assistant, I’ve been calling since 10am it is now 10:48am and I’ve still haven’t been able to book another appointment.
