I’ve never had an issue with Dr. Kelly. Please understand his business hours because he works between two different office locations with different schedules. I only contact Dr. Kelly during his office hours, of which office he will be that day, and never had any issue. He is honest, direct, very laid-back, and easy to talk to. Sitting at Fort Washington hospital after being told Dr Kelly was here by his office and that they will let him know I’m on the way for an emergency for me to sit 4hrs and not be seen by him, but told by the hospital to schedule with him as I need to see a specialist. I’ve been with Dr.Kelly since I was 19, I’m 33. He has only had a handful of competent front desk personnel….alot of the time it’s not him but them. Because why would you send me here!?
I had a problem with a bill which it was not the Doctor's office fault. Doctor Kelly was not aware that i had a bill issue. He called me and set up a meeting for me to see him about the bill. I went to his office and talked about the bill and told me he was going to take care of it. Thank you Doctor Kelly for calling me and taking care of this issue.
