Ever since they changed over to Bon secours I have been unsuccessful at reaching a person to make an appointment. I have left messages with no return calls. I have been calling for days and Noone answers or returns calls. How in the world does anyone get an appointment here anymore?
Love Dr. Robert's and the care he has shown my wife over the years. However, now living out of town we are willing to travel from SC but the appointment process is horrible. My wife has attempted for two months this summer to make a September appointment and first the schedule didn't go out that far, then no calls were ever returned and when we did get in touch with a speaking person the schedule was now booked.
