They were very nice at first but then when I was trying to call back to start a policy they would forward my call directly to the call line and once I got someone to answer at the Lubbock office they hung up on me. 🤷♀️
Nick was fantastic to work with! He took the time to answer all of my questions and genuinely cared about finding the best coverage for my needs. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, patient, and truly committed to helping clients. I definitely recommend him!
