He lied to me just so he could do a colonoscopy, I went in for hemorrhoids that were huge and he looked at the pics and agreed. He told me let’s to a colonoscopy to see how bad they were and he did it and after he tells me they aren’t that bad and he will refer me to someone else..I didn’t need to see him from the beginning he should’ve just referred me to someone else from the beginning.. he’s in in for the money not because he cares about his patients
Dr. Keith Moore, he is a good listener and compassionately during the recovery after procedures. been his patient for years and will continue and refer him over and over again.
Had surgery July 28, 2022. Follow up office visit to review results on August 11. No lab results ready. Supposed to have med ordered before office visit but not done. Supposed to have med electronic script sent that day but never done. I have made over 9 calls to office and voice mails different staff, but no one returned calls to me now almost a month. Will someone from office please call so I can get lab results and med ordered.

My mom was in the hospital and the nurses called Dr. Moore 3 times and he still did not respond to them to find out test results so we could schedule prep. He was rude to me in her room. Very condescending. Find someone else!
well when I was in the Florida hospital it was ok but when i had to see another gastroenterology he did not say in the report nothing of the stone he just wrote acute pancreatitis .him and a dr. Reddet also said i had a cyctic with fluilet and none of it appears in my record .know i 'm going though all this pain again and having to do all of my test and now a biopsy in my pancease since i do have a big cyctic.I dont recommend this dr,at all.
I have been seeing Dr. Moore for several years. He has great bedside manner and takes time to listen to your concerns. I would highly recommend him.
I have been seeing Dr. Moore for a couple of years and am very satisfied with the care and compassion that I receive from both Dr. Moore and his staff. He takes time to answer my questions and addresses all of my needs. I have recommended him to my family and friends and will continue to do so!!
Due to the neglect of this doctor I ended up in the ER with a severe infection. They had no sympathy for my pain and did not run any tests to try to figure out what was going on. Their neglect landed me in the ER.
