As an inconvenience stand point, I wish there was better communication. I scheduled an appointment for the end of December at 7:30 am. I fly for an airline so my schedule is often chaotic and not very flexible, so getting it done first thing in the morning was perfect. I show up to the parking lot at 7:20 am, but the lights are off and parking lot was completely empty.
