Fourth ENT in less than a year, second from NU - made to feel like an idiot. He had no concern that my throat is bleeding and I'm coughing up blood multiple times a day. He couldn't answer the simplest questions about the concerns I have as to why I'm coughing up chunks from my nasal cavity daily, why my right nostril is congested 24/7, etc. He showed absolutely zero empathy as it related to any of my symptoms for a chronic cough I've had for over three years. He was amazing! I would totally recommend people to him. I got right in with no waiting. Dr. Leitzen was so kind and compassionate. He immediately put my mind at ease and he made me feel like I mattered. He answered all my questions and explained things very thoroughly. He also had a great sense of humor, And I really appreciated and needed that! He really helped ease my worries and anxieties. His office staff was also very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They all deserve five stars!!
