Keith is highly skilled, professional, experienced, emotionally and intellectually intelligent, caring and supportive. He has been a valuable and steady resource in my life for many, many years. Not only is he amazing at what he does, Keith is a lovely soul.
I went to Keith because of pain in my left hip. After only one session, the pain was gone. Ease of movement has come back and I feel like my body sits differently on its frame. I highly recommend trying this type of bodywork out, especially if you’ve tried other things like dry needling, massage, and physical therapy without any long term relief.
