I originally scheduled this appointment with three other doctors - the first didn’t end up taking my insurance, and the second and third had horrific reviews about surprise bills and rushed doctors so I canceled those appointments. In hindsight I’m glad I did because this appointment was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a doctor. Dr. Keith Lertsburapa is the best! Very professional and nice.
I've been having trouble with my hearing lately, so I started googling for audiologists in my area. Since I'm a member at Costco, I called them first. The receptionist at the Naperville location told me I should just take their online hearing test, as it's the same test they'd give me if I made an in-person visit.
