I'm very grateful for Keith and his experience. Over the last year my nose had gotten stuffier and I was waking up at night with a super dry mouth because I couldn't breathe out of my nose while sleeping. I was also going through a few boxes of tissue every week because I would be super stuffy, then super runny randomly. Flonase and pill degongestants didn't work great. A Truly Caring and Insightful Doctor: I can’t thank Dr. Keith Lertsburapa enough for his kindness, thoroughness, and genuine care. After years of chronic nosebleeds, he was the first ENT doctor to look beyond the obvious and refer me to the University of Chicago for an HHT workup. I didn’t even get the chance to meet the doctor because the clinic he works for canceled my appointment at the last minute after I had been waiting for over a month to be seen. I’ve been dealing with sinusitis and ongoing discomfort, and this appointment was supposed to finally help me get some relief. What makes it even worse is that they already had all my insurance information from the beginning, and I pay extra for an insurance pla which specifically doesn’t require referrals. My first meeting for my son’s tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy went wonderfully! I was professionally greeted by Bennie and quickly seen by Dr. Lertsburapa. The Doctor came in with a smile and eager to answer all my questions . He examined my son and truthfully told us what to expect and how long the surgery would take.
