My two visits with the doctor were both very helpful and I am making a very fast recovery since my second visit
As far as DR Luper, I am always very happy with him but he has no input on the charges that ochsner puts on his services I will not go back now because of the following I’m very surprised that ochsner has the audacity to almost double the fee for cutting toenails— they were $42 & now it’s $80 Isn’t ochsner getting enough donations from Benson & others to finance their multiple buildings under construction
