Kristen, Monica, and Dr Lim are amazing. Took a really bad experience and changed for around but this is my second time going there as I was referred and this office was spoken highly about. His front staff girl needs a new job. She is rude, unprofessional, and of no help. If it weren’t for the back staff and Dr Lim I’d never return after my 2 encounters with her. This was probably one of the most unprofessional people I have met in my life. His bedside manners are terrible. I have been at his office twice he has never even introduced himself and never explains ANYTHING. It's in and out and a very condescending snide attitude where any question is met with zero answers. I would highly suggest going to someone else as this person will not be able to help answer any questions and will make you feel less than. Dr. Lim is the best! I recommend him to anyone that asks me. He delivered my daughter almost 20 years ago and she now sees him too. When you have an appointment, you never feel rushed or like a "number," he always waits to make sure you don't have any questions.
