HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT/DAMAGED ITEMS I dropped off antique door hardware to be refinished on July 25, 2017 and was told it would take 7-10 business days to complete. Arrived to pick up items on 8/15 and upon review of the door hardware I noticed that my crystal door knobs were pitted and ruined. Be sure to do your due diligence by reading several reviews before entrusting these people with your property. Dropped off an item to be plated, and was told they were four weeks out. Came back two months later, still not done and they could not tell me when it would be done. â??We get things done on our own timeâ?? the girl at front desk said, meaning they donâ??t get things done and they just apologize and laugh for not having it done.
