I have been seeing Keith now for several years for rolfing. I am a dental hygienist and all the years of looking down has taken a toll on my neck. He spends time asking where my problem spots are and evaluating my posture and movements. I always leave feeling fantastic. Rolfing has changed my life and had enabled me to continue working in the field I love. I highly recommend seeing Keith. Give rolfing a try. You will be glad you did.
Keith is amazing. By far the best massage therapist I have ever seen. He is very knowledgeable, intuitive, and professional. He is able to adapt his treatment to accommodate any acute or chronic issues, while asking questions to ensure he addresses the root cause of the problem.

Keith has been my massage therapist for many years! He has been instrumental in helping with pain management with arthritis is my neck. I had neck pain and headaches 3-4 days per week. It has reduced my headaches and neck pain from severe weekly to mild monthly. I tell him when I have specific issues from knee to neck and usually it’s resolved in one to two sessions.
