The support staff at this practice are terrible and why this place gets negative reviews. The women that work on the staff are so incompetent, you wonder how they are even employed. This is likely why they work in a downtrodden part of the city and nowhere near downtown Chicago. They had test results of mine quite promptly, but they deliberately took 2+ weeks to get back to me. Very attentive physician. Excellent in his field of family medicine. Highly recommended
It was great to find a doctor that takes the time to listen to your concerns and addresses them in an easy to understand way.
I love Dr.Knapp... I've been seeing him for about 22 years and I will continue to see him for as long as I can...don't think he's retiring anytime soon.
